Xian propaganda says Non-believers (atheists, agnostics, freethinkers, deists), i.e. people who have no religion and no belief in god or at very least lack of belief in a god that intervenes and performed miracles once or supposedly answers prayers, must be depressed, nihilistic, have a bleak world outlook, are angry, angry at god, overbearing, and will most likely come to their senses, usually on their deathbed.
Many Xians I know figure you must be this way because that’s what they have been taught.
They couldn’t be more wrong.

But you know this pall of creeping despair has gotten so bad even high school kids are succumbing to the nihilism and despondence of non-belief. Just cast your eyes on these poor lost souls, high school members of the Secular Student Alliance (SSA).
Just breaks your heart doesn’t it? Look at what Freethought has wrought. Ravi and Al are just incensed over what those dastardly atheists like Dawkins, Harris, Hitchens, and Dennett have done to these poor children of god, led utterly astray…
Visit the SSA website and take a gander of the hundreds of campus secular non-belief groups and their miserable visages.
Yup, its hopeless, we’re hopeless. Hepburn was obviously hopeless, despairing and nihilistic. All these kids and adults are obviously despondent and morally impoverished. Ravi knows, Al Mohler knows, they got us all figured out, they got it all down.
Right.
The Arrogance of Religious Thought™ displays itself once again, in that like the Creationists out there these men spread complete misinformation under the guise of religious authority and theological scholarship, and have the respect of many in our modern culture.
The people in these photos and the hundreds of millions like them (at least a billion, maybe two) who live free, secular, happy, fulfilled, moral lives unfettered by Bronze Age superstitions and repressive rules prove those “authorities” utterly and completely wrong.
